About the Journal

Focus and Scope

The journal aims to serve the academic community principally by publishing topical articles resulting from original research, whether theoretical or applied, in various aspects of academic endeavour broadly classified as Radio Electronics, Computer Science, and Control.
It focuses on fresh formulations of problems and new methods of investigation, providing help for professionals, graduates, engineers, academics, and researchers to disseminate information on state-of-the-art techniques within the journal's scope.
The journal scope: telecommunications and radio electronics, software engineering (including algorithm and programming theory), computer science (mathematical modeling and computer simulation, optimization and operations research, control in technical systems, machine-machine and man-machine interfacing, artificial intelligence, including data mining, pattern recognition, artificial neural and neuro-fuzzy networks, fuzzy logic, swarm intelligence and multiagent systems, hybrid systems), computer engineering (computer hardware, computer networks), information systems and technologies (data structures and bases, knowledge-based and expert systems, data and signal processing methods).

Peer Review Process

The submitted manuscripts undergo an independent blind peer review by leading specialists. Based on the results of this review, which are presented in the established form of a review, the editorial board makes a decision whether to publish the article, as well as regarding the timeframe of its publication and possible need for its improvement.

Publication Frequency

The journal is published four times per year.

Revenue Sources

The journal has the institutional support of the National University "Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic" on a regular basis.  The subscription for the printed version of the journal covers mainly the expenses of printing. The journal does not receive any other regular payments or fees, and does not publish advertising materials.

Open Access Policy

This journal adheres to a policy of immediate open access to published content, supporting the principles of free distribution of scientific information and global exchange of knowledge for the advancement of general social progress.
