In given article the questions of designing of telecommunication networks, resistant to external influences on the basis of the multicriteria optimization Pareto method are considered. Multicriterion optimization issues and methods based on Pareto conclusions are introduced for the long-term practical planning and designing within different types of telecommunication networks. In the present work some generalizations are made and all stages of solving multicriteria problems are analyzed with reference to telecommunication networks including the statement of a problem and finding the Pareto-optimal solutions. The developed method allows us to find the best main and redundant paths in the network taken into account the set of quality indicators.
