The problem of optimal distribution of orders among multiple contractors participating in the tender is considered. During tendering when contract is prepared for signing, some additional requirements can appear. If the selected contractor can’t satisfy them, client should choose another contractor or organize one more tender. To avoid this situation client may want to split job among several contractors. A method for multi-objective optimization of distribution of orders among several contractors in the tender, which takes into account the relative importance of factors of optimization criteria is proposedReferences
